A Multiple Full Mediating Effect in a PLS Hierarchical Component Model: Application to the Collaborative Public Management

The objective of this article was to determine the mediating effect shared knowledge and organisational commitment in relationship between values collaborative public management. Organisational are also made up as a second-order construct consisting other first order sub-dimensions such authority, autonomy, conservatism, equality, harmony, hierarchy. This research is based both on Theory Resources Capacities theoretical perspective knowledge. hypotheses proposed were supported with use structural equation models composites (PLS-SEM). results show empirical evidence multiple fully effect. findings confirmed that do not have significant direct positive impact management unless they full mediated by commitment. In addition, framework effective for improving employees’ work efficiency has practical implications scholars, practitioners, authorities.
